We work closely together with our tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes that incorporate improvements to both the functionality and the experience of the building as well as the entire sustainability process in general and the optimization of its energy efficiency in particular. We also support our tenants in optimizing their own installations and internal office layout with respect to sustainability.<\/p>\n Obtaining energy label A<\/strong> is one of our first priorities for all our properties.
