Regus extends long-term partnership with Monarch and CK Capital Partners for Teleport Tower

Amsterdam, 8 April 2022 – Regus, part of the International Workplace Group (IWG) and provider of flexible workplaces, has extended the collaboration with Monarch and CK Capital Partners and will lease more than 4.100 m2 in the Teleport Tower building in Amsterdam in the coming years. CK Capital Partners is the investment manager and, together with its businesspartner Monarch Alternative Capital LP, owns the building.

Part of the extension is a renovation of the rented floors, with IWG upgrading them to the latest Regus design standards. For more than 20 years, Regus has been one of the main tenants and operator of the impressive multi-tenant building located directly on the A10.

Hybrid working
Recently the entire floor has been renovated on a large scale and equipped with a modern coffee bar, a multifunctional meeting center, a full-fledged restaurant and a variety of informal and meeting rooms. The outdoor area has undergone a complete greening.  This better meets the wish of organizations and their employees to work hybridly in sustainable, well-facilitated and centrally located buildings with good accessibility both by car and by public transport.

Michiel Biermans, Development Director at IWG: ”We see that more and more employees are working hybridly and prefer to do this at a location near them to save on travel time, among other things. Thanks to the extension of this collaboration and the renovation, we can continue to meet the increasing demand for flexible office space both in the cities and on the outskirts of cities.”

Linda Koster, CEO and Founding Partner at CK Capital Partners: “I am proud that in collaboration with Regus we can make the building future-proof, in particular for all tenants and its employees as well as for the immediate surroundings. I look forward to working with Regus to renew their floors.”
